Researchers posit that life is a cycle of emotions and feelings. Different tasks undertaken raise the emotions. One of the unique types of meditation is the chakra meditation. This technique employs different concepts to bring about chakra balancing. Chakra healing is the end result
What is this chakra meditation? Energy centers of our bodies are called chakras. Our physical and mental wellbeing is affected if the chakras are blocked. Different colors depict different chakras. This identifies it from other chakras. Red and orange are some of the colors. For instance, the root chakra is red in color.
Now, let us understand the different chakras that must not be blocked for chakra clearing. First, there is the red colored root chakra. It is found at the base of the spinal cord. You will be strong and secure if the root chakra is balanced. On the other hand, if this chakra is blocked, you will feel anxiety, fear and have a weak immune system. Sacral is the second chakra. This one is orange and is located below the belly button. A balanced sacral chakra makes people feel happy, friendly and passionate. If it is blocked, sexual difficulties, low inspiration levels and emotional instability may be felt.
The solar plexus chakra is yellow in color and is located between the ribcage and the navel. Your productivity and energy will be high if this chakra is balanced. On the other hand, an imbalanced solar plexus chakra can cause insecurities, procrastinations, reduced energy levels and digestive problems. The most central chakra is the heart chakra which is green in color. It is located within the heart and is responsible for love and affection. A balanced heart chakra leads to ease of forming emotional connections, love bonds and spiritual awareness. Blocked heart chakra causes loneness and chest pains.
Located in the throat, the blue colored throat chakra is responsible for communication. Clarity in communication results from a balanced throat chakra. Anxiety and tension will occur if it is not balanced. Located on the forehead, the third eye chakra is indigo in color. When balanced, we communicate well with the universe. The results of unbalanced third eye chakra are anxiety, depression and headaches.
Lastly, we have the crown chakra which is violet in color. It is located at the top of the head and is responsible for open-mindedness when it comes to divine guidance if it is balanced. Confusion, stress and nervous system problems will happen if it is blocked. If you want to have chakra meditation, it is advisable to have guidance while doing it.
